Washokuju- Sakura is a family friendly inn! Welcomed Chinese family with kids.

Thank you for Xiaofeng family stayed at Washokuju-Sakura!

Their daughter Anna even gave me a cute letter!

Guest with a kid and a baby were the first time for Washokuju-Sakura,
so I worried very much but I was so glad that they enjoyed staying here.

I myself have a son(21yo) , but he is all grown up so I forgot how to take care of a baby. Xiaofeng family remind of the memory when my son was little!

I played cards, and picked blueberries in the yard with Anna.
I had so much fun!

Around Washokuju-Sakura, there are supermarket, convenience stores, drug stores, restaurants, clothing store, and a park in walking distance!

"Reiwa" new era started! This is how Washokuju Sakura celebrate.

We had a long holiday from the end of Apr. to May 6th. On April 30th, the day the Emperor of Japan abdicate. And May 1st, the Crown Prince is due to be throned. Heisei era was over, and a new era called "Reiwa" began. The ceremonies at the Imperial Palace are very serious, quiet and mysterious.  We can watch it on TV. The cities all over Japan are full of events of being thankful for an old era and Emperor and celebratory of a new era and Emperor. In Washokuju Sakura, of course I made Osechi to celebrate this new era! Osechi is for celebration. Hoping Reiwa era would be full of happiness and peace. During this long holiday, I had 3 guests from China, Indonesia and Osaka from Japan. I had great holiday with them! I will introduce about them later. <Japanese Cooking class & Home stay "Washokuju Sakura"> We offer Japanese New Year cooking lessons  "Any Time New Year" program  every day!
