I had guests from Australia to join my brand new lesson "Character Japanese style Bento" ! We cooked Japanese famous character "Totoro" with "Dust bunny". Also, acorn and heart shaped egg rolls! Rob and Camilla were very good at cooking and had strong interest in Japanese food culture, for example dried bonito, dashi, and rice. They enjoyed making rolled egg with a square pan which is for rolled egg. Rob is grinding black sesami seeds. Finally making characters and assorting into bento box. Baby Freya were nice enough to sleep whole lesson! Reviews from them is below. "The cooking class was great!!
