Looking back Washokujyu Sakura's 2018

Looking back at 2018, I can just say it was such a "marvelous" year!

I stared Washoku-ju Sakura in Nov. in 2017 and I could meet many wonderful guests in 2018!

Thanks to Seki-Biz's support, I could prepare to start my new business and could spread my relationships.

In Jun. I was introduced by Tokai TV program"News One".

Famous TV anchor came to experience "Any Time New Year Program".

Also, introduced in Local News Paper "Chunichi-Shinbun" as a unique Homestay.

For me, 2018 was the year that I ate "Osechi" the most. lol

Of course its because I started "anytime New Year" program!

I am so thankful to all my guests and opportunities!

"Reiwa" new era started! This is how Washokuju Sakura celebrate.

We had a long holiday from the end of Apr. to May 6th. On April 30th, the day the Emperor of Japan abdicate. And May 1st, the Crown Prince is due to be throned. Heisei era was over, and a new era called "Reiwa" began. The ceremonies at the Imperial Palace are very serious, quiet and mysterious. We can watch it on TV. The cities all over Japan are full of events of being thankful for an old era and Emperor and celebratory of a new era and Emperor. In Washokuju Sakura, of course I made Osechi to celebrate this new era! Osechi is for celebration. Hoping Reiwa era would be full of happiness and peace. During this long holiday, I had 3 guests from China, Indonesia and Osaka from Japan. I had great holiday with them! Thanks to everyone, Washokuju-Sakura is celebrating in the 4th year. This year, everyone in the world is having a hard time with the Corona virous.
